Coates Kokes is looking for a graphic designer with strong illustration skills to join our creative team. This is a full-time, hybrid, graphic design position.

Desired experience - The candidate will have or be:A strong illustration/graphic design portfolioAbility to sketch designsConcept out-of-the box advertising ideas, sometimes in collaboration with other team membersProficient with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorGood communication skills with a team-based approachDetail oriented with excellent project management skillsBonus experience - The ideal candidate will have:
After Effects and animation experience is a plusUnderstanding of HTML, WordPress, Squarespace is a plusInterest in public health and cause-related workPassion for learning, growing and sharing informationResponsibilities include - The day-to-day of the job:
Design and illustrate for a wide range of agency accounts at the same timeCreate materials for websites, social media, branding and collateralDesign long-format documents that have quick turn-around timesProblem-solve design challenges with other team membersCommunicate design thinking clearly to internal staff and clientsContribute to the agency's mission-driven cultureSalary and Benefits:
The salary range for this job is $45,000-$70,000, based on experience. Coates Kokes has a hybrid work environment. Currently, Tuesday is an in-office day and we come in for additional client meetings and project work as needed. Starting in the fall, we will have two in-office days in addition to other client needs.
