The Federal Marketing Manager is closely aligned with all marketing activities. This role will provide oversight surrounding the execution of Optiv + ClearShark's regional marketing campaigns. This highly interactive and dynamic position works closely with management as you will be the face of marketing to your region(s), devising and executing strategic marketing programs with cross-functional teams, impacting pipeline generation, and strengthening the Optiv + ClearShark brand.
How you'll make an impact
Build and provide feedback to marketing team responsible for field marketing, sales support and demand generationBuild brand awareness for Optiv + ClearShark value services to the Federal Government and industryStay current with marketing trendsExecute channel and field marketing events and campaignsAnalyze and share key marketing metrics, including lead conversion, MQL/SQL, reach/engagement, ROI, etc.Cultivate partner and customer relationshipsManage marketing development funds (MDF) processProvide on-site logistical support for marketing events and trade showsWhat we're looking for
Bachelor's degree preferredPrior event planning experience requiredKnowledge of marketing development fund (MDF) processes requiredFederal experience preferredGraphic design experience a plusStrong project management skillsCreative outlookDetail-orientedAbility to work independently with little supervisionExemplary oral and written communication skills#LI-SM1
