Responsibilities

EXCEPTIONAL INTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICEWorking closely with internal stakeholders on non-competitive, letter / scope proposals including assembly, reviews, approval, and tracking.Utilizing excellent communication and project management skills to bring together information from multiple sources to meet tight deadlines in highly competitive markets.WORKING AS PART OF A TEAM

Proofread and edit marketing materials.Assist with competitive proposals and presentations as needed, including pulling, updating, or modifying standard materials and assembly/delivery.Supporting Marketing Coordinators and Senior Marketing Coordinators to meet their proposal / presentation / qualification deadlines.Includes some data entry and extraction from our database.Tailor professional resumes for technical staff in response to specific RFP opportunities.Qualifications

Excellent writing / editing / proofreading skills.Excellent listening and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail and deadline-oriented environment with demonstrated efficiency and organizational skills.Ability to work productively and independently, as well as in a team environment to meet project deadlines.Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive team spirit.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Able to easily navigate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Salary Range: $$60,000-$65,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401K, PTO & paid holidays.Bonus Points if You Have:
