The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the project pursuit process and other marketing activities to help PAE secure high-caliber projects and clients.

Track public leads using on-line subscription services, prepare Go/No Go summaries for project leads, and develop and coordinate outreach plans for Project Managers to connect with potential clientsCreate and deliver best-in-class qualifications packagesWrite, edit and update the firm's boilerplate materials (including project descriptions, digital image library, and brochures)Provide support in content creation, design, and coordination for marketing interviews and presentations (using PowerPoint and graphics software)Assist in the development (design and writing) of various marketing materials as needed: brochures, award submissions, email blasts, and general presentations, among othersSupport the firm's business development activitiesEnter and update project data within the marketing database (Deltek Vantagepoint [DVP])Coordinate marketing special eventsWhat You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalentAt least 2 years in a relevant position, ideally with an architectural, engineering, or general contractor firmBasic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and proceduresSolid analytical skills for developing audience-focused materialsExpertise in creating qualifications packages from start to finish.Strong skills in writing and graphic layout/designProven ability to understand and translate technical informationTalent for juggling multiple deadlines and working closely with othersKnowledge of green buildings issues is highly beneficialProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesignExperience with database and CRM systems, Deltek preferredLocation: This is a hybrid position located in Los Angeles, CaliforniaWhat We Offer

Hiring Base Salary Range: $60,500 - $78,500 annual

This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay

The base salary is one component of PAE's competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, roles are eligible for additional rewards, including salary increases and annual bonuses based on individual performance. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
