For more information about the company and product line visit: sigsauer.com.Position Summary:The Channel Marketing Specialist will manage program and campaign creation, delivery, and post analysis within Sales and Marketing. The position demands knowledge of an omni-channel structure and have the ability to respond quickly to market changes. This position will utilize data of prior campaigns to make data-drive decisions regarding sales programs and marketing campaigns. The position requires this across multiple product categories, Firearms, Optics, Suppressors, Ammunition and Air Guns. The Channel Marketing Specialist will be required to communicate each department of the organization with effectivity and comfort. This role will be critical in deploying deliverables to our customer base and sales force.Job Duties & Responsibilities:* Support Channel Marketing and multiple department field sales on a variety of tasks related directly to the sale and/or development of programs. Including Commercial Sales, Law Enforcement, and International Sales* Manage program and campaign creation, delivery, and post analysis within Commercial Sales and Marketing.* Oversee SIG Rewards loyalty program and Special Make Up items.* Assist and oversee development and post analysis of consumer promotions.* Review opportunities with sales, product management merchandising, and marketing quarterly* Collaborate with field sales teams to define market needs for each channel.* Assist in the management of Channel Marketing departments, Training Team, Merchandising Team and Commercial Sales budgets and vendor management, along with PO tracking and input.* Support Merchandising Manager in fixture deployments and item creation* Utilize software to pull data for programs and post analysis of Commercial Programs* Utilize Excel for creating dashboards for commercial programs, during post analysis.* Utilize Excel for creating dashboards for internal and external customers.* Communicates programs, new products, pricelists, and all other updates to the organization in support of all Sales Channels* Ensure new products are launched into the market effectively, efficiently and communicated to field sales.* Assist with plan, strategy, implementation, and post analysis of marketing campaigns.* Tracking and measuring campaign results, writing reports and KPI evaluation* Improving on-going campaigns based on performance data and leveraging insights from prior campaigns to make data-drive decisions for future marketing campaigns.* Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.* Facilitate and participate in customer visits or events.Education and/or Experience:* Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent.* Experience with marketing, sales, and administration.* Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.* Excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills.* An ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities working in a dynamic and fast paced business environment.* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects to manage on-time results and execution.* Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.* Must possess the ability to proactively engage in high detail efforts to improve process and information flow.* Creative problem-solving skills, and the capability to get things done in a constantly changing environment.* Product familiarity or ability to learn details about product catalog.Working Conditions:*Able to lift up to 25 pounds*Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.SIG SAUER, Inc.
