This job is within the Marketing team at American Airlines Credit Union. The role is responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing strategies and tactics designed to meet the organizational goals and objectives, and promote advocacy of the American Airlines Credit Union brand.

What you'll do

Work in a collaborative environment to develop year-long digital marketing strategies that support the business goals

Develop and deploy long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as short-term advertising techniques

Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce best-in-class promotional, lifecycle and transactional digital marketing experiences which support content strategy and campaign goals

Work with compliance and advertising agency to develop digital campaign disclosures and deliverables

Coordinate multi-channel marketing and advertising projects, and develop timelines to successfully implement digital marketing campaigns on-time

Manage, schedule, design, develop and deploy advertising and member communication on multiple digital marketing channels

Provide backup and support of the day-to-day deployment of marketing digital systems, including help with content strategy and growing and expanding programs

Perform other duties as assigned

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

​Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related area, or equivalent work experience

Digital Marketing training and certifications are desired

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

​Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software

Working knowledge of Adobe suite products, including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Acrobat DC

Experience in the financial industry is helpful

Strong project management experience

Experience with content management system, search engine optimization, digital lead generation, and email marketing is helpful

Knowledge of the principles and practices of effective digital marketing

Ability to demonstrate above average organizational, oral and written communications skills

Ability to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and capacity for strong attention to detail

Ability to accept ownership, responsibility and accountability for functional obligations, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to a changing environment

Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as an integral part of a team

Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships across multiple departments and levels of leaders

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-managed

Ability to adjust work schedule and work additional hours as necessary to support operational needs

Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance

Ability to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks
