Job Description

The

Resort Marketing Coordinator

serves as a liaison and provides **** support to the Resort Marketing Project Managers with large initiatives along with handling day-to-day required signage and marketing collateral to support our portfolio of internal stakeholders and clients. Within this role, you will collaborate with multiple leaders throughout the resorts and corporate teams to support new initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participates in developing, implementing, and managing various resort marketing campaigns and signage requirements requested by internal stakeholders

Creates spreadsheets through Microsoft Excel to archive documents and manage projects. Updates project reports, keeping track of statuses and deliverables

Monitors content of company websites for the resorts, retail, spa, and dining locations as well as content of other sites where WR brands are posted

Provides multiple Website Management teams with the most up-to-date information regarding resort information, amenities, and photography

Keeps track of monthly resort checklist updates to provide marketing collateral and in-room pieces necessary for the day-to-day resort operations.

Liaison between Resorts and the Creative Design team - assisting in the development of various campaigns and projects

Manages the ongoing programs for resort amenities (Spas, Restaurants, Activities Centers, etc.)

Initiates the creation of signage and creative requests for placement at marketing locations by closely communicating with the creative design department

Manages filing on the interface including updating relevant company branding standards as they develop

Manages project documentation and coordinates pick/ups and deliveries

Works with various vendors and outside companies on projects

Qualifications:Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

2+ years of related experience as a Marketing Coordinator and/or 1+ years of related experience in Project Management, Content Management, Sign or Print Production

Prior experience working with a Creative Design Team or Signage Production Company is desired

Prior experience in Marketing Project Management or Content Management Company is desired

Detail-oriented with an excellent ability to prioritize workflow.

Strong experience with MS Office Suite

Ability to work independently and possess excellent time management & critical thinking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

Must possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal

Experience working with restaurant or spa menu creation is a plus

Experience working with Resort Development or Construction is a plus

Experience working with Asana & Sharepoint is a plus
