We are searching for a skilled Project Manager to work alongside a dynamic marketing and communications team to help drive and implement engaging and effective strategic marketing campaigns. These initiatives span multiple channels and platforms, including content, video, design, development, paid media, social, and web.
A successful candidate brings experience in the marketing and communications landscape to support day-to-day and strategic, long-term projects for the organization. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for working across multiple organizations, creating project plans and timelines, and driving completion of client deliverables that meet the objectives of the teams.
Your Responsibilities Include
Leverage project management best practices and tools and establish workflows to oversee, manage, and communicate the status of multiple, concurrent project initiativesCollaborate across multiple internal and external teams and audiencesDrive the project plan for executing large scale communications and marketing campaignsProvide the highest level of customer focus from conception to completion, anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, handling multiple project revisions, and meeting deadlinesConsistently deliver high-quality products that meet client objectives and drive results that are consistent with customer standards, brand guidelines, and visionAid in setting deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional programs and eventsManage partner and vendor relationships, as well as program budgetsManage time wisely and prioritize workload in a creative environment where interruptions are common and adaptability is requiredStay knowledgeable about markets in and platforms on which clients operateKnowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
4+ years of project management experience working with various types of stakeholders and a variety of teams, such as creative, development, and productionStrong communication skills both written and verbalProven ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiativeVendor and agency management experienceGiveand receivefeedback respectfully to develop the most compelling productsSolid track record of successfully leading projects from initiative to completion on time and within budget and scopeWorking knowledge and experience with project management software (Workfront, Asana, etc.), project management methodologies, and software and creative development lifecycleWhat We Offer
