Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination of marketing efforts from pre-RFP release to time of submittal (i.e., proposals, interview preparation, pre-bids, resume updates, qualification development, and weekly meetingsabout business pursuits)Collaborate with project managers, senior management, and other business services staff to plan, coordinate, and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations, and meet relevant deadlinesManage the proposal process and commit to ensuring proposals comply with the applicable RFP/RFQ submission instructionsand requirementsCoordinate the receipt of necessary information from internal clients, external consultants, and other team members to include in proposal and presentation materialsContribute to content development (writing, editing, proofreading) for qualifications, proposals, and presentationsUse our company's brand style guide and design resources to create attractive, effective graphics and copy for marketing pursuits that stand out in competitive pursuitsWork with key business development leaders to coordinate strategic materials and other communicationsUpdate and maintain databases of project opportunities, project descriptions, resumes, references, and qualifications materialsQualifications

3+ years of experienceStrong writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and exceptional attention to detailStrong work ethic and commitment to excellenceProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe AcrobatExperience in graphic designand template managementProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred, but not requiredExperience within the A/E/C industry is preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred, but not requiredA portfolio demonstrating your visual design capabilities is requested, but not required

$75,000 - $100,000 a year

Placement within the stated pay range will be determined based upon education, experience, and qualifications.
