As a Retail Marketing Manager at TRIPPER/Origine, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence and driving consumer engagement. You'll craft and execute marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you'll identify market trends and opportunities to enhance our product visibility and consumer reach.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Origine products through digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising.Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends using SPINS, IRI, and other retail data tools.Create compelling digital and print marketing materials in collaboration with our graphic design team.Manage influencer relationships to amplify brand awareness and reach target audiences effectively.Oversee product packaging and labeling initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements.Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Klaviyo to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance consumer engagement.Coordinate with internal creative and external agencies as needed.Who You Are

Your ability to collaborate effectively across teams and your proficiency in leveraging digital tools make you a valuable asset to our growing brand.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (3-5 years) in consumer packaged goods marketing, with a focus on brand management and digital marketing.Expertise in marketing analytics and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and social media platforms.Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.Benefits$90,000-$110,000 base salary75% paid Health, 100% paid dental & vision benefits
