This role manages the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department and company branding initiatives. The position oversees and conducts market research, competitive analysis, creates and directs timelines, and works closely with vendors and suppliers to meet internal and external deadlines. The position also manages the operations of the Marketing department and its employees and vendors to ensure the department's objectives are met internally and for external clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Either personally or by working with other stakeholders, develop internal and external strategies for all business units, including digital, electronic, and print advertising, collateral, and public relations efforts.Maintain TBS’ brand integrity and identity across all channels and marketing efforts, including internal and external events, email campaigns, website management, promotional material, etc.Measure and report on the performance of all marketing activities, while providing insight, data, and periodic reviews against goals.Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand the market share of business units.Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and sales opportunities.Establish, monitor, analyze, and report on team goals.Collaborate with stakeholders of multiple departments to resolve complex, cross-departmental issues and identify, plan, and execute Marketing initiatives.Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal partners and external vendors.Ensure articulation of the company’s desired image and position is internally and externally consistent.Manage all social media, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and industry-specific blogs and forums.Ensure comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations programs are implemented by assisting the Senior Leadership Team to enhance the company’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public.Assist in facilitating internal and external communications, and organize marketing activities and materials, including publications, media relations, client acquisitions, etc.Manage press releases and create and assist with presentations.Conduct quality control reviews of all TBS Family of Companies websites and apps.Create and distribute monthly Marketing Reports.Maintain TBS promotional materials inventory.Act as Production Coordinator for all marketing-related projects.Coordinate the appearance of all promotional material design, such as letterhead, logo use, brochures, etc.Assist the Senior Leadership Team with relevant market research and trends.Assist with marketing related projects and special events planning.Understand and keep current on the latest procedures for our department and company.Personal Attributes & Requirements

:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations preferred.Proficient in Adobe Suite.Knowledge of the critical systems and software used by business units that intersect with marketing opportunities, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
