Fort Myers, FL
facility where you will train and develop incoming field marketing specialists to expand our local customer base.

Be the face of FHIA Remodeling as an outside marketing team leader in our canvassing campaignsBe a self-starter while working in a team environmentLearn our products and services to deliver a best in class experience for both our customers and team membersDeliver interactive marketing presentations on our quality products and services which include: energy-efficient, impact windows and roofingTrain and develop representatives, interview new prospects, participate in company travel opportunities and market expansionsExceptional candidates will have the opportunity manage their own marketWhat You'll Bring:
Team leadership experience: D2D, B2C, door to door/canvassing for industries to include roofing and windows, solar sales, security systems, internet, HVAC, home services, etcSelf-management skills and ability to coach and mentor othersStrong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-disciplineResourceful problem solverAdvanced verbal, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to speak publicly with confidence and poiseOpen-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career pathsBA/BSc or some college coursework preferredWho We Are:
