*need to have good background like ex google or amazon.-get to do research and work with users here at apple, more traditional user experience design with really complicated business cases-lots of tables, lots of forms, diff users, different views, states-will be leading senior level contractors below them-general assembly not going to cut it not going to be enough it needs design degree background-get in there with he product team listen tot he business, listen to niche needs, translate it to boxes arrows and problem solving, old school UX figuring it out like a puzzble-deal with design system, contend with leadership elements such as working with other leaders for OKRs which are basic ally quarterly goals and meausre on how well the team is doing. it would be great if someone has done these things in past but not required
Pay Range: $65/hr - $80/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.
