We are seeking a highly creative and driven Graphic Designer to support our creative team. The graphic designer will work with multiple teams at Sally Beauty Holdings to conceive, develop, and create unique and engaging digital design assets across multiple channels. The candidate should be a fountain of ideas for layout and design and possess the skill set to transform the best ideas into shop-able, user-friendly content assets for a strong, succinct brand and customer experience. You should be able to demonstrate, with a proven track record of taking projects from creative concept to final delivery. A team player is a must with the ability to multitask and pre-plan projects whilst concluding others. Key Responsibilities: • Develop & execute monthly omnichannel creative assets, web banners, emails, social media (including organic & paid social), both still and animated • Ensure that work is produced to a high quality, with a consistent clear design, adhering to the Sally brand aesthetic. • Partner with project managers, copywriters, designers and photo studio to ensure seamless integration with creative process and procedures, while meeting reviews and deadlines • Present creative work through the lens of creative strategy to creative directors • Highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality oriented and ability to handle multiple competing priorities • Provide overarching support to creative team members as necessary • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills and experience. Primary Duties Provide clear, concise statements using action verbs to describe what is done, with or for whom the action is taken and the purpose or outcome to be achieved. Responsibilities should be listed in order of percentage of time spent performing the actual duty. 50% Graphic & production design for Sally omnichannel campaigns 30% Motion design for digital channels, including organic & paid social 10% Misc. Dept. Projects (print) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Indicate the minimum qualifications required to perform the job: work experience (including type of work and number of years required); education (including desired degree and field of study); specify certificate or license requirements. • BA in graphic design or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in digital design, corporate retail experience a plus • A portfolio with proven depth of experience (cross-channel activation and motion design examples) as well as your creativity and attention to quality and detail • High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Figma and Canva is a plus. • Ability to effectively assess priorities and work well under tight deadlines • Experience in Workfront or other project flow platforms • Ability to take complicated inputs and translate them into simple customer experiences • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, deadline driven Competencies ttributes Indicate relative "qualitative" or other important aspects that would enhance the ability to perform the job. i.e. detail oriented, customer focused, team player, etc. • Resourceful, adaptable, dependable, collaborative • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task with accuracy, and work under pressure to meet deadlines • Must be able to handle critique diplomatically, turning feedback into edits that create strong content • High proficiency Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects
