NSTXL delivers technology to the Warfighter by serving as a one-stop shop to match government requirements with innovative private-sector and academic solutions.

Currently, our OTAs have more than 900 corporate, non-profit, educational, and financial institution members. For these members, NSTXL offers opportunities to bid on government contracts, education and training, and live/virtual forums covering a wide variety of topics.

Job Description

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing processes and enriching data, while ensuring seamless coordination between various marketing functions. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing systems, vendor relationships, tools, and analytics to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in marketing operations, data analysis, and project management. Whether it's streamlining workflows or implementing new automation, you'll be a driving force behind marketing strategies that revolutionize the U.S. defense industry.

Responsibilities:

Own the marketing tech stack and create seamless integrations across all channels to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead generation.Manage the relationships with outsourced marketing vendors, including PPC.Oversee integrations between marketing platforms and other business systems to ensure a cohesive and streamlined marketing technology stack.Implement tracking, build and monitor reports, and forecast, including web analytics, full-funnel performance, and attribution.Create effective workflows for mapping the lead journey and managing the full sales funnel with a systematic and strategic approach.Support MarTech needs for all marketing teams including, events, membership, program, growth, and creative.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key marketing metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform marketing strategy adjustments.Work alongside IT to conduct an annual security audit.Manage and take action on annual website health report sent by web developer.Manage the marketing automation tactics, including segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign logic.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.Establish and document marketing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.Consistently work with marketing and business development teams to build lists and maintain clean account and contact info.Collaborate with marketing, business development, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with broader company goals.Provide training and support to marketing teams on marketing technology and processes.Work closely with marketing teams to support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

US citizenBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, and analytics.Strong proficiency in managing a MarTech stack:

Mandatory Experience: HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics,Bonus Experience: Salesforce, AdRoll, Monday.com, Cvent, Zoom

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong technology skills and confidence necessary to learn unfamiliar programs quickly and efficiently.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.Must have excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Must have great time management skills, coordinate multiple activities at once, and readjust schedule for unexpected requests.

Travel for this position is estimated at 5% domestic travel
