Job Summary:
Cunningham Restaurant Group is currently searching for a Director of Marketing to join the Indianapolis Home Office. The ideal candidate for this position would possess a strong knowledge and understanding of marketing operations and how they support the restaurant functions. This role is cross-functional and will be integral in assisting the organization in the development and implementation of all marketing reporting and operations as assigned. This will be accomplished through strong project management, timely output for all work, along with a meticulous attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In your role as a Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and/or maintaining the following projects and/or programs:
Management of the Marketing Team and Function for the OrganizationCorporate Marketing (Community Relations, Events, Donations, PR)Restaurant Marketing (Menus, Uniforms & Supplies)Maintenance and management of all Digital Channels including Email, Web, Listings, Reviews, and Social.Regular reporting for marketing metrics including Loyalty, Email, Web, and Social.Oversee maintenance of all supply, print, and marketing collateral inventory and orderingOversee Gift Card & Loyalty ProgramOversee Marketing Technology Platforms (Paytronix, Kinteco, Birdeye, Tripleseat, Online Ordering, Open Table, Card Prov, and Google Apps)Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is preferred.Knowledge and comfort of use utilizing various systems of technology.A minimum of 3 years direct management experience overseeing a teamAbility to analyze data and report accurately on the metrics, but also a review of performance.Project management experience with hands-on design and execution are preferred.Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic.Must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).Intermediate level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
