The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our partner development boards program. This role involves product management, product marketing, and product launch activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with customers and partners, managing complex schedules, and creating marketing content to promote and launch new products with our partners. The candidate will need to create and manage multiple programs, projects, and marketing activities in parallel and will need to form a strategic roadmap of these activities to improve the impact and success of each program. This role may include presenting at conferences, and presenting to executives at customers and partners, as well as internal teams. This is an influential role that will come with executive visibility and exposure
Responsibilities:Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond.Create and manage multiple projects and marketing activities to form a strategic roadmap.Develop and execute marketing strategies for the strategic partner development boards program.Present at conferences, to customers, and partners to promote products and solutions.Collaborate with partners and external marketing agencies to develop and implement marketing campaigns.Work closely with the sales team to ensure product alignment with market needs and customer expectations.Provide executive updates on the partner boards program.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technical or a related field5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing or related roles.Requirements:
Proven experience in product management and product launch.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience working with partners and external marketing agencies.Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.Nice to haves:
Technical experience in hardware or software is a plusFamiliarity with RISC-V or ARM / the semiconductor industry is a plus.
Consistent with SiFive values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. The base salary range for this position is$165,600.00-$202,400.00. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes flexible time off.
