A recognized media company in New York City is currently seeking a new Senior Project Manager - Digital Email Marketing to join their growing team. In this role, the Senior Project Manager, Email Marketing will be responsible for helping to manage the high visibility and high impact email campaigns that reach our customers across the entire customer journey, ensuring they are receiving relevant and timely communications.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
Supporting the OEM line of business, overseeing and managing email campaignsFocusing on managing email initiatives/projects from creative developmentObsessively organized and able to juggle many ongoing projects and deadlines simultaneouslyServing as liaison between cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative Services, Brand, Legal, Digital Experience, campaign operations, Programming & Analytics) to support campaign development and executionFacilitating the end-to-end creative development process . From writing creative briefs that are based on data driven best practices and channel insights to evaluating creative and giving appropriate feedback to support its developmentManaging assets, tracking codes, tagging, UTMs, URLs and other elements required for campaign execution and reportingQA and audit email and online sales flows, ensuring email content and offers are presenting correctly and user experience is optimalPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:
3+ years of Project and/or Process Management experienceBachelor's Degree with focus on Marketing or related fieldEmail Marketing experienceMicrosoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Solid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
