Based on ExperienceSummary:
IntraPack designs and manufactures energy storage systems for data centers, along with other data center infrastructure products. We are currently searching for an ambitious Product Designer to assist with product development and sustaining engineering. These products would be manufactured within our plant, adhering to our Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015. Our Product Designer will need to have an eye for detail and be able work closely with the engineering team and manufacturing to configure product solutions and generate engineering drawings, along with bills of materials for release to manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesPrimary:Receive verbal instructions, specifications or sketches to create assembly drawings for manufacturing.Become proficient in Solid Edge and familiar with AutoCAD.Assist production with technical support and improved manufacturing processes.Ability to manage several projects at a time and sometimes under tight deadlines.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Solid modeling experience or combination of education and experience.Experience with sheet metal design and fabrication.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience in a manufacturing setting with to review equipment during construction on factory floor.Self-motivated and a team-player with the ability to be flexible to changing customer needs.US Work Authorization.
