Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, i.e. emails, sell sheets, social media graphics, website assets, ad hoc projects and more.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visual content.Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.Must-Have Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Experience:
Experience using Asana for project management.Familiarity with Canva for quick design tasks and templates.Understanding of Pardot for email marketing and automation (training can be provided).Additional Information:
