IB Event Marketing Roadshow Specialist - Contract - New York - $55.00 - $60.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking an IB Event Marketing Roadshow Specialist in New York .

Role Description• plan and execute logistics for deal and non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, sector trips and bespoke events in partnership with Corporate Access• develop marketing materials and invitations; manage client registration process and experience• book and manage vendors including, internal and external venues, audio visual, virtual meeting technology, travel and transportation with the utmost attention to detail• act as the central contact point coordinating meeting schedules, time schedule constraints, and providing regular updates to internal and external clients• communicate with both internal and external clients including C-Suite management, investor relations and institutional investors• operate within both proprietary and external digital platforms providing insights and solutions for continuous improvements• administer data entry and retain record keeping on all events with impeccable accuracy• manage the project cost process - provide an estimate costing, review invoices and produce final cost report• reconcile attendees and final meeting schedules

Skills & Requirements• 10 - 15 years of event marketing experience preferably within financial services• detail oriented with proven ability to effectively juggle multiple projects in various stages of development, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines• ability to operate in a fast paced environment requiring immediate response flow and in rare, but possible, unconventional working hours• excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence• ability to calmly assess situations and suggest practical solutions• an enthusiastic person with a high level of professionalism and discretion• very organized and an excellent communicator (you keep track of the details and keep people updated)
