Summary:The senior web content developer is responsible for publishing Children's Health website content through content management systems and other platforms utilized by the organization, while aligning with the system's overall marketing strategy. The senior web content developer will have opportunities to create and implement enhanced-level web development through coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This position is responsible for understanding and following up-to-date design principles, SEO optimization practices and web standards, as well as accessibility set forth by W3C, WCAG and ADA compliance. This position uses digital platforms to gather website assessment technical data to improve technical execution of online experience, reduce reputational and legal risks and ensure brand standards are upheld, compliance and performance assessments. You will review and analyze technical audit data collected through analytic platforms to provide insights and solutions to drive better user experiences (UX) to achieve marketing goals. You will be involved in cross-functional collaboration within marketing and other organization-wide departments to provide strategic digital evaluation and assessment. The senior web content developer will provide consistent and clear communication about projects, be responsive to stakeholders via our project management systems, and execute and deliver solutions in a timely manner with great attention to detail. You may be responsible to assist in the implementation or management of Children's Health brand reputation online through local listing platforms.

Responsibilities:

Senior level knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Extra scripting language knowledge is a plus such as SQL, PHP, SASS, Bootstrap, jQueryServe as primary content administrator to create new pages, content, and assets within the content management system with provided templates with custom front-end development as needed.Create custom landing pages from scratch with no CMS template using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript ES 2022Work alongside digital strategists, graphic designers, and UX/UI designers and stakeholders to bridge the gap between design and technical assessment implementations to achieve strategic goals.Collaborate with back-end programing developers to achieve front-end development needs and goals using SDLC methodology phases to gather and analyze requirements, planning and designing, building, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing systems and features.Coordinate, communicate, and work through development projects using methodology processes and workflows while being tracked and updating the tracking through project management systems - Jira, Asana, etc.Development with lightweight JavaScript frameworks.Cross-team and cross-department collaboration to organize, strategize, develop, or provide requirements for back-end program development.Setting up custom analytics through UTM Tracking or Google Tag Manager and gather that data and reporting through Google Analytics.Troubleshoot and resolve technical audit reporting from web tools, such as Sitemorse, to maintain compliance and performance assessments.Creating and deploying customer engagement forms and managing access of reported results to stakeholders, in particular HCL Leap.May assist with event management system to create or promote events for B2B audience to attend or host and provide reporting and data results of events.Analyze and assess or create workflow documentation of new and existing processes as they are discovered to improve workflows to continue best practices and standards. This involves updating our documentation archives to share with our team or others outside our team to follow best practice workflows.Manage and enhance our online brand reptation of location and provider listings via entity management platforms like YEXT and Google My Business.Ability to developing Composable code that may be standardized and used globally throughout childrens.comHow You'll Be Successful:
