Job Title: Assistant/Coordinator, Creative Marketing – Pop/Rock

(title commensurate with experience)

A little bit about our team:

The Pop/Rock Creative Marketing Department at Atlantic Records is responsible for developing comprehensive strategies for marketing our artists as well as coordinating all efforts, internally and with outside parties, on all projects.

Your role:

You will provide administrative and marketing support for the Creative Marketing department. Title will commensurate with experience.

Here you’ll get to:

Support the head of creative marketing with building marketing plans, activations, projects, department operations, and admin support

Support project communications to internal and external partners

Coordinate special projects and activations with the wider creative marketing team as needed

Manage multiple short form content accounts

Responsibilities include:

Producing, creating, and editing fan content

Interacting with fans and guiding discussions

Overseeing online fan conversation and identify moments to amplify

Creating social plans that work in tandem with artist release, tour, and promo schedules

Directly support marketing campaigns:

Implement advertising campaigns

Implement influencer campaign

Execute CRM campaigns

Execute fan activations

Collaboratively work across teams to brainstorm and execute fan forward activations that align with project roll-out and artist values

Coordinate communications with artists, managers, and internal executives

Research fan communities and compile fan audits

Collaborate with the department fan & audience marketing coordinators

About you:

Proficiency in Canva, Keynote, or PowerPoint

Amazing written and verbal communication skills

An eye for detail

Strong intuition with creative, aesthetics and branding

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Love for creating content whether it’s design, Instagram curation, or your personal TikTok

Be a superfan!

Possess a strong comprehension of pop music stan culture and its niches both on and offline.

We’d love it if you also had:

Photoshop skills

Previous experience at a music or creative company

Salary Range

$19.23 to $20.51 Hourly

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
