Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive UX framework and information architecture. This is the first UX hire and is a high-profile role trusted to define a world-class end-to-end customer experience. Working collaboratively with engineers, product managers, executives, and R-Zero teammates across the organization, you will lead all design aspects throughout the strategy, research, concept, and development life-cycle. Your scope will encompass the entire customer journey from initial engagement to steady-state product.

Key Responsibilities

Independently develop and deliver high-level storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.Champion a user-centered design process throughout the organization including a customer research process with best practicesProvide competitive analysis and stay informed on industry design trendsCollaborate with executives, product managers, and engineering to deliver designs that effectively achieve business goals

Qualifications

5+ years of UX/UI design experience3+ years of information architecture and UX framework ownershipExperience owning design for data dashboards or other data visualization toolsB2B SaaS experience heavily preferredProficiency in Figma or other collaborative design software

The salary range for this position will vary based on candidate level, experience, and location. The base salary for this position contemplates a range of $140,000 - $210,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a background check is required upon employment.
