The Monster Group - Chief Marketing OfficerThe Monster Group is an industry-leading international provider of premium alternative products and consumer goods. The Monster Group owns all its R&D, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Marketing. Pride and vision were the driving factors in the development of The Monster Group, and they continue to be a driving force as we shatter expectations with products that exceed our consumers' wants and needs.We are seeking a detail-oriented Chief Marketing Officer who possesses a deep understanding of the CPG industry and can translate this knowledge into actionable marketing strategies and initiatives The CMO will oversee the implementation of effective marketing programs for The Monster Group's various brands.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform:Extensive leadership/management experience in Consumer Marketing, preferably at a CPGLead the expansion of the digital marketing footprint, including paid and organic digital media, email marketing, blog and content marketing, lead generation, and management.Plan, direct, and oversee the implementation of effective marketing programs for assigned business solutions.Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness through creative and comprehensive strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support existing business and new initiatives, product launches, and unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc., that meets market demands.Build and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.Define clear roles and responsibilities for the team, set performance expectations, define KPIs, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.Provide strategic and technical leadership to the marketing team, ensuring successful project execution and achievement of business objectives.Defining marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives.Design and improve marketing campaigns for each aspect of our company.Create and propagate an enthusiastic brand message that will resonate with our target demographic.Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.Contributing to new business development initiatives.Develop feasible marketing plans for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.Setting marketing goals and objectives.Staying up to date with the latest best practices.Working Conditions & Physical Demands:This role is in-person at the company headquarters in downtown Orlando. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee must frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and drive or ride in a motor vehicle.
