Job SummarySHI seeks a Growth Marketing Programs Lead to support the Healthcare and Federal teams in generating demand in US-based healthcare systems and federal agencies. This role will be critical in supporting SHI's strategic growth goals.The Growth Marketing Programs Lead will partner with sales and marketing to deliver new business opportunities through orchestrated demand generation and demand capture campaigns that improve customer experience, increase mental availability in association with SHI's four technology pillars, and drive measurable outcomes.The primary success metrics for the Growth Marketing Programs Lead will be supporting the expansion of customer wallet share, including shifting strategic technology contracts through SHI and investing in new SHI portfolio solutions. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of demand generation and will understand the capabilities of marketing channels to drive sales revenue.This position will report to the Director of Growth Marketing for Public Sector and Healthcare and is required to report to the Somerset, NJ Office. If you join our team, you’ll enjoy:Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S.Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities.Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family.World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours.ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales to define go-to-market objectives and develop a marketing plan that supports business growth targets.Accountable for ensuring all marketing plan tactics are executed with direct responsibility for managing email, telemarketing, paid media, direct mail, and webinar programs.Evaluate, select, and manage strategic marketing vendors that contribute to the outsourced execution of marketing programs.Work closely with fellow marketing peers on creative content development and event program execution.Partner with sales leadership and L&D to coordinate outbound prospecting sales plays with SHI partners.Develop campaign briefs to inform and enable extended marketing and sales teams on GTM strategy.Responsible for vetting and evaluating partner marketing opportunities for sales, ensuring all investments and commitments expected of sellers align with the go-to-market plan.Regularly reports on campaign performance and overall marketing impact to internal stakeholders and partners, capturing insights and feedback to inform future campaign strategy.QualificationsBachelor's Degree.Five years of experience in marketing for a B2B technology company.Three years of experience managing a demand generation or product marketing function.Experience marketing with the Healthcare provider market and GPOs preferred but not required.Required SkillsAbility to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confidence in reporting and communicating results.Ability to understand audiences and adapt communications accordingly.Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization.Desire to learn and invest in personal growth.Additional InformationThis position's estimated annual pay range is $80,000 - $110,000, including a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
