We create ads that are designed to convert, that's our jam.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Creative Services (Paid Social) to oversee our Delivery Team, which contains 4 main departments: Account Management, Creative Strategy, Production, and Design teams. Having experience in or being adjacent to paid social ad creative & media buying related tasks is needed. An enthusiastic critical thinker and problem solver willing to immerse themselves in Creative Milkshake and supporting the entire Company. To be successful in this role, you must show immense attention to detail, process, & organization while maintaining a high-level strategic overview.What you'll do:

Quality control of deliverables & meeting with clients

(70%)Lead client kick-off calls, ensuring alignment on project briefs, goals, and strategies.Foster trust and cultivate strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and strategic insights.Oversee the development of creative concepts, talent selection, storyboards, and final ads, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.Review project strategies and deliverables with team leads to maintain the highest standards of excellence.Act as the final sign-off authority for all deliverables, escalating critical issues to the CEO when necessary.Improving SOPs & process and team management

(20%)Drive the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with departmental team leads.Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Managing & Coaching 4 Department Team Leads to improve quality control, process improvement, and project management across their 20+ team membersConduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to established processes.Personnel, hiring, and capacity planning

(10%)Participate in capacity planning and recruitment efforts, including reviewing applicants, conducting final interviews, and updating job descriptions.Work closely with the CEO & Director of Operations to align on business objectives, operational priorities, and workflow improvements.Engage in frequent management meetings with the team lead from each department (AM, CS, Prod, Design) to discuss strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and organizational goals.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive cohesive and integrated business strategiesRequirements

7-9+ years of experience in an agency or brand environmentStrong background in paid social ad creative strategy — demonstrating ability to produce effective ad creative and iterate on performance dataPast experience working within or alongside a team of media buyers and able to speak their language and their processIn-depth knowledge of agency operations, including sales, account management, production, and designExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts — to both external clients and internally to the teamHighly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCET or GMT or +1/-1 timezone requiredSkills
