Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, the Principal Product Marketing Manager is responsible for working directly with our product, sales, and marketing teams to translate the product vision and drive delivery of product innovation to market. The objective is to serve as a subject matter expert on both our product and customers to help inform what we build and how we market and sell.
What you will do :
Develop end-to-end go-to-market strategies and launch plans for our products and partnerships
Clearly articulate the value proposition through innovative and compelling messaging and positioning that guides marketing collateral, sales material, and thought leadership content
Build and maintain a deep expertise and understanding of the competitive landscape, business trends, and customer needs by market
Act as the voice the customer, identifying customer pain points, target audiences, and key use cases
Work cross-functionally to incorporate and align product launch plans with Plume’s marketing and sales strategies
Partner with product to ensure products meet customer needs by influencing product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Define and track customer experience and customer satisfaction metrics
Experience:
BS/BA or equivalent with at least 10+ years experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing
Proven experience successfully crafting positioning, messaging, and launch plans for technology products/platforms in the Telco or WiFi/Broadband space
Experience in business case development, market and opportunity sizing, and preparing strategic recommendations for executive-level stakeholders
Very strong customer focus, naturally including customer perspective in plans, decisions, and actions
Demonstrated experience gathering competitive insights and category information to stay up-to-date
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Total Compensation package would include: anticipated compensation range of $153,000 to $200,000 bonus + equity + benefits.
