Breakdown Design Build RFP’s and develop design build capture approach with Business DevelopmentProvide monthly cost and billing analysis for all active D/B efforts relative to Owner/ Architect and internal BudgetsDevelop, negotiate and monitor Architectural Engineering agreement based on deliverables and scopes servicesLead design management effort to ensure that all possible efficiencies and best practices are incorporated into the design effort to utilize best construction practicesEnsure that all design efforts result in a net reduction in ambiguities, and deficiencies such that the construction designs are biddable and constructibleContinuous support to our D/B teams during executionPlan, direct, and monitor all aspects of medium to large multi-discipline design-build architectural-engineering projectsResponsible for client relations with clients and design-build construction partnersParticipate and facilitate work sessions for design development and contract documentation at the project sites in conjunction with appropriate technical professionals and other disciplinesAct as document reviewer and advisor for constructability and value analysisCoordinate and develop preliminary schedules from post award to design completionComplete other responsibilities as assignedMinimum Skills Or Experience Requirements

Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience5-8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory skillsPrior experience with the design build solicitation processProblem-solving ability and strong sense of urgencyOrganizational and communication skillsFundamental knowledge of contract law and project accountingThorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)LEED accredited professionalSolid understanding and experience with green design, construction techniques and use of sustainable materials in constructionExperience in Virtual Design, Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software on construction projectsDemonstrated ability in design-build project management and delivery, including staff management, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control/quality assuranceExperience with AutoCAD and/or Revit, or other similar design software applicationsSummary Of Benefits

Annual Salary: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00
