The EVP & Creative Director, Gap Inc., Chief Creative Officer, Old Navy is looking for an Executive Assistant who is up for the task and can work closely and effectively to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executives and this position offers an exciting opportunity to understand how creativity comes to life in everything we do at Old Navy and across Gap Inc. Responsibilities include but not limited to calendar management, making appointments, making travel arrangements, file maintenance, maintaining and ordering office supplies and equipment, processing mail, copying, scheduling, and planning meetings (meeting room, flip charts etc.) and processing expense reports.Acts as a liaison between executive and direct reports.Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.Provides high-touch executive level support; Acts autonomously and with minimal direction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects, concurrently, with tight deadlines.May provide immediate supervision or guidance to a group of Administrative Assistants. Most of the time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the executive.Who You Are

Critical thinker able to solve problems independently through strong partnerships with business partners across the globe; thrives in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and agility.Detail oriented and proactive; anticipates challenges and response appropriately.Highly professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and build partnerships with all levels of management.Strong Microsoft Office and Apple/Mac knowledge and skills are a mustStrong time management, prioritization, and project management skills.Highly organized; Maintains accurate information when handling multiple high priority projects simultaneously.Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience of which 3 years includes supporting senior management/ executives.Based at 2 Folsom, San Francisco location.Benefits at Old Navy

Salary Range: $109,500 - $145,000 USDEmployee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
