You are fully autonomous and are adept at working at varying levels of abstraction. You can be deployed on any project and carry it through expertlyYou fully own the design vision and strategy, and can guide cross functional teams such as Product, Engineering, PMM, Marketing to define strategy through the lens of designYou define, evolve, and drive how the company understands and works with our content standards and design systemsYou mentor others by growing the team skill set on visual and interactive design, coaching others on how to solve UX and design challenges, and increasing knowledge by sharing new tools, design concepts, and technology trendsYou develop best practices and help newer designers grow their intuition and design rationale through expertise and dataHandle multiple channels of internal input and user feedback; be adept at balancing conflicting inputs and helping the team find delightful solutionsInspire a design thinking / user-centric culture within the team and across the organizationBe a thought-leader on product design to partners at all levels (from peers to the CEO) with a clear articulate rationale for design decisionsRequirements:

7+ years of Product Design or Graphic Design with proven experience in the design of sophisticated interconnected products7+ year hands-on experience designing web and/or mobile applicationsAdvanced user research, information architecture, interaction design and visual design skillsExperience developing and evangelizing adoption of a design system, both in building patterns and component librariesProficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping toolsPortfolio showing examples of product design workExperience with SaaS software or, at minimum, operationally complex softwareOrganized thought process and effective communication – especially when articulating design decisions, supporting prioritizationBA/BS/BFA or equivalent industry experienceNice to have:

Recent ad tech experienceB2B or D2C or B2B2C experienceGlobal software design; in particular in NA, EMEA, and APACMFAThe salary range for this position is $159,700 - $216,100#LI-AC1Ultimately, in determining your offer, we will take into consideration your geographic location, relevant experience and expertise, and other job-related factors.
