Every one of our 'ohana needs to feel aloha and genuinely extend aloha to all, be they guests or colleagues, strangers or friends.As an extension of the Global Brand team, the Area Marketing Manager is responsible for executing brand standards and marketing strategies for the Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort & Spa while also assisting the same at designated affiliates (in this case, Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa) through a Shared Services Agreement. Responsibilities include increasing brand awareness; communicating the properties' positioning, USPs and brand pillars; cultivating and enhancing partnerships; developing online content; promoting on-property activities & events; increasing direct bookings; and supporting wholesale/OTA/travel advisor/group efforts. The Area Marketing Manager will also support project management assignments, administrative responsibilities and execute property communications.Minimum 4 years in the marketing industry; at least 2 years in hospitality industry preferred.
Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
