About Client:The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Salary Range: $90K-$100K/Annum

Job Description:Minimum 5 years of digital design experience.A robust portfolio showcasing your understanding of design principles.Proficiency in design systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools.Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies.Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and design optimization.Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design principles.Expertise in Agile methods and Design Thinking.Effective communication skillsResponsibilities:

Craft innovative and human-centered interactions across digital platforms.Contribute to the enhancement of omnichannel digital design system.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all digital assets.Help grow the enterprise design function, contributing to the development of playbooks and best practices.Collaborate with product teams, fellow designers and user researchers to develop intuitive interfaces.Work alongside developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Communication Skills:

The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably for the audience.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research
