Sr UX Designer

UX/UI designer is responsible for creating visual elements, such as logos and graphics, as well as layouts and navigation systems. Common tasks include the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.Able to work with and provide web developers with cross-browser-compliant HTML, CSS code and examples.Able to translate product requirements into highly usable web applications.Provide technical design recommendations for HTML and CSS-based web applications.Monitor web traffic and optimize page performance.Plan and execute usability tests to validate design choicesProvide actionable design recommendations based on best practices.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate proposed changes.Proficiency in Web development best practices including understanding and developing HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Able to work with Image authoring tools and perform small adjustments on images (eg. resizing and cropping)Facilitate workshops and design sprints.Strong communication and presentation skills.
