Join a hands-on team focused on building strong brands and creating engaging digital content as well as product packaging and displays for the home gardening world.The roleWorking under the Art Director onsite in our Norton, MA office, we are looking for a visual problem solver and junior-level content designer with a passion for creating graphics, videos, and other content across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing team and work strategically to create effective and eye-catching visuals and campaigns to tell our brand story and increase our customer base both online and in-store.Responsibilities include:·

Responsible for creating high-performing creative assets across digital channels for a range of internal brands.·

Leverage your expertise across Adobe CC suite to create engaging & impactful visuals, working closely with our Marketing team and Creative Lead to push the creative envelope.·

Conceptualize, create, and implement posts to increase engagement and followers on our brand's Social Media channels, using marketing insights on customers, trends, and products to attract customers.·

Collaborate with the eCommerce team to create and implement landing pages, website assets, and emails for our online brand stores that enhance the user experience, tell a story, and encourage click-throughs and conversions.·

Work with Art Director and the product development team to design packaging concepts, product and/or display renderings, sales requests, and mockups. Also ensuring that technical specifications and dimensions are accurate for execution.·

Upkeep and file organization of design files·

Learn basic knowledge of the gardening industry and how our products work to create the best content·

Learn about the customer and how to engage with them on various platforms·

Proactively seek feedback and insights to refine and improve creative concepts and executions·

Other duties as assignedQualifications:·

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, and knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.·

Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.·

Experience producing engaging designs, motion graphics, GIFs, videos, etc.·

Exceptional project management skills; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.·

Ability to learn current e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and email service providers to create and apply visuals and copy.·

Experience working with a diverse marketing team and using marketing disciplines in problem-solving.·

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print specs, and web.·

A portfolio that showcases a variety of design work across different digital platforms.·

Video editing (e.g. iMovie or Vimeo) is a plus.·

Experience in print design a plus.·

Passion for gardening a plus (but can be learned!)Education:·

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or Digital Media.·
