Our client is searching for a talented Experience Designer to join our client's growing team. You'll play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences across all our touchpoints. You'll be a champion of design thinking, leading workshops to identify user pain points and translate them into innovative solutions. Additionally, you'll leverage your analytical skills to create insightful dashboards that inform design decisions and track user engagement.Top 3 Skills We're Looking For:
Design Mindset:
You possess a natural curiosity and a strong desire to understand user needs. You approach challenges creatively and are always looking for ways to improve the user experience.Solid Design Thinking Process:
You have a proven track record of using design thinking methodology in a practical setting. You can facilitate workshops, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.nalytics Dashboards & Data Visualization:
You understand the power of data visualization and can create clear, concise, and informative dashboards to measure user behavior and inform design decisions.Bonus Points for:
Experience as a Business Analyst who has transitioned into UI/UX design.portfolio showcasing your design thinking process and user experience projects.Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, etc.)Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles.
