About the Role
As a Senior UX Researcher I, your purpose is to lead and conduct user research to inform product design decisions. You will analyze data, generate insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Your work will directly impact the development of intuitive and user-friendly products.
ResponsibilitiesGathering, evaluating and has a solid understanding of customer use cases.Maintaining close links with UX Designers, ensuring that user feedback and testing are fed into the design process.Segmenting markets and understands needs of those sub-segments in greater detail.Identifying and addressing the right problem with a thorough analysis of the brief.Working with UX Designers to define structure and layout of the product.Summarizing data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources to understand context of research work.Identifying gaps where data is needed and works with business to fill them.Using research software (Qualtics, Lookback, Usertesting.com) to expert level.Requirements
Have a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques and advanced analysis skillsPossess working experience with senior stakeholders to decide and plan a user research roadmap and communicate findings and recommendationsBe able to apply a range of methods such as contextual interviews and usability testing to suit the research question, project stage and timescalesExperience working collaboratively with colleagues in a wide range of roles and involving product teams and other stakeholders in the research processBe able to use analytics data to triangulate research findingsHave good experience of user research planning and executionWork in a way that works for you
