Develop a deep understanding of our product and user base and be part of the team that defines the product functionality and features.Work as part of highly experienced design, product, engineering and business teams to build out best in class user experience that will become the foundation of a high growth client facing product.Ability to take an idea, a problem or need, apply design thinking to create thought-provoking concepts, tell a compelling story and see it through to the entire UX processProven ability to execute across the UX spectrum including concepting, user research, usability testing and detailed design productionYou are focused on your users' needs and therefore create designs that are not only purposeful but also efficient, usable and delightfulTranslate complex data requirements into visually appealing data viz and metricsUse data driven evidence to inform your designs; and always validate your designs as part of your processYou are detail obsessed, you’re not only thorough in ensuring all aspects of a feature is considered e.g. workflows, edge cases, error handling, but also in visual aspects of your designsYou have a flexible approach, you can change gears or pivot directions quickly when requiredYou are curious, unafraid to challenge status quo, can think laterally and ask the right questionsRequirementsBasic QualificationsAt least 6-8 years of professional experience designing innovative digital productsDegree or Masters in Design, Human Factors, Industrial Design or related fieldsProficient in FigmaExperience defining and communicating a vision for the product experience to all audiences including senior executivesGreat presentation, workshop and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and organization skillsExperience working in Agile or sprint-based environmentExperience in designing enterprise or complex applicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial services or investment bankingExperience in front end development
