Job Description:About the team and the role:
As a UX Designer V focused on Monetization, candidate will envision and help bring to life outstanding customer experiences for the world's largest online marketplace, with over 135 million shoppers and 25+ million sellers.Candidate responsibility in this role is to craft elegant and simple interfaces that solve complex interaction problems.Client is seeking a designer equally strong across interaction design, visual design, and prototyping for this role.An understanding of how to operate as a designer in a highly crossfunctional environment is critical for success in this role.Candidate will be part of a highly collaborative and supportive user experience team who work across global buyer and seller experience focused products.What Candidate will accomplish:
Create outstanding, usercentered designs incorporating business requirements, product requirements, customer research insights, and your design intuition.Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes.Leverage client's existing design system into your solutions while also being able to thoughtfully contribute new additions to it.Participate in user research, testing, and product discovery.Work with product managers and cross functional partners to influence product strategy and create beautiful, scalable framework design solutions that delight client customers.Opportunities to drive discovery through workshops and design sprint facilitation.What candidate will bring:
10 plus years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI DesignNice to have:
BS Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalentAbility to prepare effective presentations, present multiple design directions and tradeoffs, with content appropriately tailored to the audienceExpert level skills in design and prototyping with FigmaExpert level skills designing across multiple devices across mobile and desktopExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPortfolio submission is requiredNote:About client:

Pay Range: $55 - $70/hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
