Summary:In this role you'll work collaboratively with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other partner teams to understand and exceed customer expectations. You'll analyze research to help craft innovative content strategies that ensure consistent and clear messaging across a wide variety of delivery scenarios.
Responsibilities:
Write best-in-class, mobile-first UX content that is clear, concise, and empathetic to our diverse global audience of Client's customers.Iterate using data-informed decisions, reviewing customer feedback to inform your writing.Lead content strategy on highly complex, high-profile team initiatives.Work in close collaboration with UX designers and other stakeholders, primarily in Figma.Awareness of best practices in localization and accessibility, and how to apply them to your UX writing to ensure success.Update and maintain content libraries and frameworks.
Requirements:
This role requires 5+ years of professional UX writing / content strategy experience, preferably in B2C ecommerce spaces.Tech experience
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
