UI/ UX Designer

Job Description:UI/UX Designer role on a key Risk Technology initiative, covering specific design oversight and general guidance including:Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineersIllustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps or similar methodsDesigning graphic user interface screens and required elements, including layout, components (menus, tabs, widgets, data capture) and workflows/screen flows

ResponsibilitiesGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and development teamsIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps or similar methodsDesigning graphic user interface screens and required elements, including layout, components (menus, tabs, widgets, data capture) and workflows/screen flowsBuild page navigation buttons and search fieldsDevelop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look likeCreate original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholdersConduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackAdhere to Enterprise style standards on fonts, colors and imagesProven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar rolePortfolio of design projectsKnowledge of wireframe tools and experience working with standard design softwareStrong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skillsBSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
