Our client is seeking a

Creative Strategist

for a part-time engagement, hours may range from 15-25 hours, based on projects.

This is fully remote, supporting a LA-based agency client.

The mission of the

Creative Strategist

is to drive the vision and direction and performance of creative projects, empowering clients with innovative and data-informed strategies that captivate audiences, generate impactful results, and elevate the client's creative presence. They will be responsible for the briefing, development and implementation of creative strategies with the support of creative project managers and will be the source of knowledge for clients on conceptual ideation, iterative testing and measured performance.

Possesses a keen ability to develop and articulate creative strategies that align with client objectives, audience needs, and market trends.Proactively keeps up with the latest industry trends, creative best practices, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide clients with cutting-edge strategies.Is Metrically-Minded, prioritizing performance above all else.Has experience with creative strategy across a variety of industries, preferably SAAS, eCommerce, and Education.Embraces new ideas and perspectives from clients and internal teams to drive innovation.Capable of managing a team of designers and editors to ensure all deadlines are hit on time.Displays strong professional ethics and avoids conflicts of interest, making decisions that prioritize the best interests of the clients and the organization.Responsibilities:

Thoroughly audit and analyze prospects' ad libraries, ad performance, competitors' ads and profiles, and relevant industry trends to gain valuable insights into each client's landscape and articulate that proposed strategies.Conduct creative kickoff calls with clients after a project has signed, collaborating with the paid media team and the client to understand their vision, goals, requirements, and expectations of the creative relationship.Educate clients on the strategic rationale behind creative decisions and recommendations, fostering client understanding and buy-in.Create project briefs to send to the creative team for creative execution.Align with paid ads managers on when to refresh creative and potential upsell opportunities.Internally review and approve creative deliverables for client workstreams, handling all feedback, from briefing to deliveryRequirements:

5+ years of experience in creative strategy or media buying.Strong understanding of paid advertising strategiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Leadership skills and ability to coach and guide cross-functional teams.Client Description

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of between $35.00-40.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
