Gelia is looking for a Senior Copywriter who is ready to join a strong team of innovators overdelivering on ideas and assets.

Your role would be to help us deliver the wow factor and then some.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in a copywriter/senior copywriter role, preferably within an agency setting.

Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling, high-impact work across various platforms.

Skills: More than completing change orders, this role calls for a self-motivated individual who has experience creating campaigns from beginning to end. We want someone who can work within a group to elevate work beyond what is asked, as well as someone who can put their head down and click off tasks because they’ve been there and done that.

Vision: A keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to think strategically about creative direction and attentiveness to check all the boxes.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without breathing into a paper bag.

Personality: A dynamic, energetic attitude with a passion for creativity and a knack for problem-solving.

Drive Creative Vision: Develop innovative concepts from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategy.

Create Impactful Work: Direct high-impact campaigns across various platforms, maintaining visual consistency and excellence.

Inspire and Mentor: Foster a collaborative environment across different regional offices where creativity thrives, mentoring junior creatives and nurturing their growth.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of creative, social media content like TikTok, and industry trends, integrating fresh ideas and techniques into our projects.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing creative solutions that exceed expectations and drive results.
