We are seeking an individual with kitchen and bath design knowledge with 1 or more years of experience in residential remodeling/construction or custom home building.
Responsibilities include:
Draft floor plans, elevations, and perspectives for Interior Sales
Design: Provide selection assistance of materials for prospective clients when necessary
Create "Picture Books" for designed projects
Gather material quotes for designed projects
"Rehash" specific projects as instructed by the supervisor
Run new appointments as instructed by supervisor
Assemble pricing submission proposal folders for designed projects
Staff, setup, break down, and set appointments at events, community days, and home shows
The desired applicant will have:
Previous design experience with construction remodeling projects or custom homes
3+ Years of 20-20 design experience
3+ Years of residential construction experience
Passion and expertise for interior design
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to seek out, accept and integrate leadership feedback
Experience in resolving problems that arise during the project construction
Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
The applicant must have/be:
Valid driver's license
Drug-Free
Available to work evenings and weekends
Self-Motivated
Dedicated
Honest
Coachable
