With 3x growth YOY and sales consistently exceeding expectations, we're seeking our first Content Marketing Associate! Prelim has achieved remarkable success with our banks, and we want to showcase this success to other banks and financial institutions through compelling case studies, white papers, and more. Our thoughtful content strategy aims to engage both existing and potential Prelim clients, helping them understand how to elevate their banking experiences.

What you'll do

You'll collaborate directly with our customers, Sales, Customer Success, and other departments, working alongside teammates who are passionate about customer satisfaction and innovation in banking. Your role will also involve significant interaction with our marketing team. If you share our enthusiasm for leveraging technology to drive innovation, we can't wait to hear from you!

In this role you'llAssist in executing the content marketing strategy.Write and edit various types of content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, social media posts).Research industry trends and gather data to inform content creation.Conduct interviews with our customers, ranging from bank CEOs to frontline staff and their customers.Support the marketing team in implementing content plans.Help with content distribution and promotion.
