Designer

Create architectural designs, covering concept development, research, and material sourcing. Present design ideas and visual collateral internally and to clients. Maintain design/construction documentation. Communicate with clients and other professionals throughout the process. Coordinate in the construction administration process. Reqd: Masters in Architecture & 12 months experience in designing large housing projects and/or commercial and residential buildings on both architecture and interior scope, and producing concepts and drawings using Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and GIS is required.
