Your Role With Us:

The advancement and delivery of top-notch, effective healthcare education is at the heart of what we do! The marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote programs for the purpose of attracting quality prospective students and driving student enrollments. This position will play a key role on the marketing team, executing email marketing campaigns and supporting overall marketing efforts, helping to shape our brand identity. The marketing manager will have experience with traditional, digital, email, web, social, and content marketing to manage campaigns, analyze data and market trends, and identify opportunities for growth. This is a full-time, on-site position in Provo, Utah. This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Digital Media.

Core Functions:

Develop and implement marketing strategies, including email marketing, to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, digital, social media, etc.Manage marketing projects: work cross-functionally and manage deadlines, budgets, and project parameters.Manage and monitor the performance of campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Support, create and produce marketing materials and content, such as brochures, emails, web pages, etc.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, student preferences, and growth opportunities.Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.Track, measure, and report on crucial email marketing metrics and the overall effectiveness of campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and incorporate them into the email marketing strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the University.Other duties as assigned.Background/Expertise:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications is required.Proven experience as a marketing manager or a similar role, preferably in health care or higher education.At least five (5) years of experience with demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve measurable results required.Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tools, and techniques across various channels. Including digital, social, email, content, and brand management.Experience planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.Proficiency in using email marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot) to create, segment, and deploy email campaigns.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, concise, and persuasive email content that drives action and engagement.Proficiency in graphic design using the Adobe Creative Suite.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Highly organized with strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and build relationships with stakeholders.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a results-oriented mindset.What We Offer:
