Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support a robust design team within the Customer Experience organization of our enterprise telecom client. The team focuses on different phases of the shop and pay portion of the companies mobile and web based applications. Within the group, this team supports customer facing UX/UI screens that handle Post Purchase abilities. For example, candidates can expect to design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and screens for post ordering processes, order fulfillment, purchase tracking, in-store pick up, , as well as exchange/return pages that align to the consumer products. More specifically the candidates will be responsible for using design systems to maintain a consistent user experience, as well as work to create design solutions for product, tech, and business strategies. Candidates will have a mix of responsibilities that also align to information architecture, service design and some UI/Visual work. He or she will support project initiatives by having a strong documentation process for all steps of the UX design life cycle. Candidates should be comfortable presenting and communicating with stakeholders as well as working cross functionally with research and content design teams to meet end goals. Candidates should come from an enterprise background and have a professional portfolio that shares the thought process of the designer.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of UX or Product Design experience

Hands on with Figma

Strong end to end design process experience - ideation, prototyping, wireframing, user flows, journey mapping

Experience with e-commerce consumer facing web and mobile applications

Great communication and design logic skills to communication with business and product partner stakeholders Service design null
