WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BaubleBar is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and help us execute across our digital marketing channels. The Digital Marketing Intern will report to our Senior Manager, CRM + Lifecycle Marketing, while supporting the larger marketing and creative team.

An ideal candidate for this role is an analytical digital marketer with strong critical thinking skills. We are looking for a candidate who is charismatic, engaging and a fan of the brand!

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

Support the day-to-day needs of the marketing team in building and testing marketing campaigns in our digital marketing platforms Klaviyo (email + SMS) and Meta (paid ads)

Report weekly on email, SMS, and paid ads performance providing analysis and insights from key performance metrics

Partner with the creative team on the end-to-end process preparing email, SMS and paid ad creative within Monday.com

Ideate content stories to tell via our digital marketing channels using the monthly marketing brief

Source creative inspiration assets from the fashion and accessories industries to help the creative team in building their shoot plans

Be collaborative, curious, creative and possess an eagerness to innovate, test, learn and evolve our strategies to drive growth for the business

Must be able to commit to up to 20 hours per week

This will be a 6-month paid internship with the potential for full-time hire upon completion

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

Currently working toward receiving a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field

Previous internship experience in beauty or fashion, marketing or communications

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Monday.com, Asana or other project management software

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Data and logic-driven with strong analytical and project management skills required

Positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude with a demonstrated ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to communicate results to various stakeholders and clearly present data

Position can be remote (residing anywhere in the US and currently authorized to work in the US) OR Hybrid with days in our NYC office. Regardless of location, work will need to be conducted Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST
