The Opportunity

As a Partner Marketing Senior Specialist at Nutanix – you will work closely with global Nutanix cross-functional teams to support key OEM partners, under the direction of the Global Director, Technology Partner Marketing. You will collaboratively plan, promote, and execute collateral and programs, including industry and field events, webinars, and other digital marketing activities.

This role requires strong planning and execution skills, an ability to work cross-functionally leveraging both internal stakeholders and partners to deliver results. This person will have a relentless focus on the end customer and key partner stakeholders, and love building and running marketing programs that scale and accelerate joint marketing campaigns with OEM Partners.

You will report to the Director of Partner Marketing. As part of our commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance, this role will be remote with occasional in-person meetings and team gatherings.

Your Role

Build joint marketing plans and content, and execute co-marketing campaigns to drive measurable business impact.

Manage projects and communications with internal stakeholders and with partners to achieve agreed upon success metrics.

Develop scalable joint marketing assets, presentations, content, and messaging to support go-to-market strategy.

Collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams such as Campaign Marketing, Field Marketing, and Marketing Programs to integrate partner value message.

Track and measure performance of co-marketing activities with OEM partners

Assist in global partner budget management planning and execution.

What You Will Bring

5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably with Partner Marketing experience

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently with a focus on execution to meet deadlines, goals, and budget.Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills with outside-the-box thinking.

Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Microsoft Office, Photoshop/Illustrator, Splash a plus.

Team player with customer & partner first attitude; experienced in a multi-national, multi-cultural, and multi-location work environment. Effective in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business disciplines or relevant work experience.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 88,000 and USD $ 175,560 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
